CANCELLATION NOTICE
Your appointment and wellbeing are very important to us.
We understand delays can occur and life happens, we are also only human and trying to run a successful business
As a polite notice we respectfully request a least 24 hour notice.
A no show or late to appointment will result in payment in full
Please be aware and respectful to our policy
• Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the full booking
• Cancellation made on the day of your appointment will be a 100% charge of the full booking
• No show of appointments will also be a 100% charge / further appointment bookings will be pre paid prior to booking
• If you are late we will try our best to accommodate you and the booking but the full charge will still stand.
• Appointment bookings do require a payment card to hold your booking
• Bookings for more than 1 person or a number of services will require a deposit on the day of bookings 25% of final price
